We have a team of data specialists and developers who are recent graduates with minimal experience. We are building several internal applications, and this team is building a database to support those applications. They have created the database or much of it, but they need an experienced back-end developer to guide them to the next stage. We aren't asking for someone to do the work, just someone who can guide and advise them in the database creation.

The KeelWorks foundation is building several applications to support a program that will help the most challenged unemployed and underemployed to work. This includes systems for processing staff, participants, a learning management system, a portal for entry, a team workspace, and more. All of these need to be supported by a central database. The data needs masking and the team needs guidance on how to connect the database to applications. They have knowledge and skills, but lack the big picture experience to know what to do first. We need a "parent" in the room. The person for this job need only give a few hours a week, if that much, and the project should be completed fairly quickly.

We have a team of interns including back end developers, data analysts, and database developers. We have a project manager and applications needing this database. The schemas are built.

Organization Mission

Supporting upward mobility for everyone, but especially the economically disadvantaged. We support personal empowerment through peer supported leadership development, goal management, and mutual accountability. Our organization has served students and graduates as well as anyone seeking to transition to employment or to "level up." We are an incubator allowing the untested and untried to become seasoned. We convert the green to "ready to step in and deliver." We need the experienced to help us with this process.
