Website Donation Page Build

We are looking to partner with a web designer to design and build a donation page for our nonprofit website. The deliverable for this project would be a wireframe for the donation page and the build-out of the page. This page should be integrated with our current website. We will have the designer collect feedback internally from relevant stakeholders before the design is finalized. We would also like web designer to train relevant staff to maintain the donation page.

Adding a donation page to our website is a critical step in supporting our mission. By providing an easy and secure way for individuals and organizations to contribute, this donation page will allow us to generate the necessary funds to [explain what the funds will be used for expanding our programs to continue serving Oregon families involved with child welfare. It will enhance our ability to connect with supporters, increase donations, and ultimately help us achieve our long-term goals of reducing time spent in foster care and reducing recidivism rates for Oregon’s foster children.

Once the donation page is live, our team will ensure its integration into our overall fundraising strategy. The page will be prominently featured on our website and linked to our email campaigns and social media platforms. Our development team will regularly monitor and maintain the page to ensure smooth functionality, and our communications team will use it to drive ongoing donor engagement. This project will directly contribute to our sustainability and growth, empowering us to further our mission with a more reliable source of funding.

Our website is hosted on web.com. We will provide the designer with all components to complete the project, including the donation form, site copy, branding guidelines, graphics, analytics, and CRM or fundraising software necessary.
