Online Enrollment System Set Up

We would like to create an online student enrollment system on our website to streamline the enrollment process for parents. Specifically, we need a skilled volunteer to assist us in building a dedicated webpage where parents can easily enroll their children in our school. This page should include forms and documentation that parents can fill out directly online, making the process more efficient and accessible.

Specific Tasks:

Create a new enrollment webpage: Develop a clean, user-friendly page for student enrollment.
Design fillable forms: Integrate forms that parents can complete online, including necessary student and family information, medical forms, and consent documents.
Documentation Accessibility: Ensure that all forms and required documentation are accessible and can be easily filled out, saved, and submitted online.
Email integration: After all forms and documents have been completed and submitted, the system should automatically send the completed paperwork to our Registrar's email for review and processing.

How This Project Supports Our Mission:

Our nonprofit school is dedicated to providing high-quality education to disadvantaged children, many of whom come from underserved communities with limited resources. Streamlining our enrollment process through an online system will make it easier for parents to enroll their children and ensure that we can efficiently gather all necessary documentation.
