Create an Engaging Video for an Education Nonprofit

Our organization would like to work with a videographer to create a short, compelling video that communicates Ava’s Path's mission, goals, and impact. This video will be an essential tool in effectively engaging with our community, stakeholders, and supporters. A powerful video can inspire others to support our nonprofit, whether through financial contributions, advocacy, or community involvement.

We envision the videographer conducting a brief discovery session to gain an understanding of Ava’s Path’s mission, vision, values, and the impact we strive to make. The videographer would then assist in planning, filming, and editing a 3-5 minute video that captures our story, highlights the needs of the families we serve, and showcases the work we do to address those needs.

The video should include key elements such as: the challenges faced by our community, our solutions, real-life stories or testimonials, our goals, and a call to action to inspire support. The project will include a round of review and feedback with our team to ensure the final product aligns with our vision and messaging.

This project is expected to take 2-3 hours of the videographer’s time over the course of one week, and we will work flexibly to accommodate their schedule.

This project directly supports our mission by amplifying our message and expanding our reach. By creating this video, we align our advocacy efforts with Florida legislation, the Florida Bar, and other key collaborators across the state, ensuring the content is seen by influential audiences. It’s a powerful opportunity to showcase the work and impact of Ava’s Path, inspiring support and action. Additionally, for the volunteer, this is a unique chance to have their work recognized statewide, contributing to meaningful change for families navigating the challenges of raising children with disabilities.

We’ll set this project up for success by providing the volunteer with everything they need to hit the ground running. We will share clear goals, branding guidelines, and audience insights, along with a single point of contact for efficient communication.
