Graphic Design For Theory Of Change Visualization

My goal for this project is a more visually engaging - but still clear - visualization of our nonprofit treatment program's theory of change design. We are a long-term residential campus for individuals with substance use disorders and all over our campus and in our presentation materials we have a graphic that shares our treatment modality. It was created by non-designers using PowerPoint graphics and we would like a more visually interesting representation.

This will support our mission greatly by being the front-facing shorthand visual representation of how individuals can change their lives within our program.

My team and I have prepared for this project by having a graphic we have used for several years. We will share this graphic and its description with our Taproot volunteer in the hopes that they can improve visually upon what we have been using.
