Power Apps Integration for Student Impact

We’re looking to partner with a Microsoft Power Apps Integration Specialist to help us build a seamless, automated infrastructure that connects our website, Salesforce CRM, and Power Automate flows. This volunteer will be instrumental in helping us:

- Create and deploy Power Apps workflows that bridge forms, data flows, and automations across platforms.
- Integrate website forms directly into Salesforce, enabling real-time student and donor engagement.
- Automate internal communications and task creation using Power Automate triggers tied to key application stages.
- Support light dashboard development or error-handling mechanisms to ensure smooth operations.

The goal is to simplify our operations, reduce manual input, and enhance the digital journey for both students and donors.

PYT (Pay Your Tuition) is a social impact organization that helps students—especially those from underserved communities—fund their education through AI-powered tools like our Loanership™ model. We reduce student debt, improve access to funding, and build economic mobility.

This integration is a critical infrastructure upgrade that will:

- Automate 50% of our manual processes, saving our team critical time and resources.
- Accelerate funding disbursement to students, ensuring they stay enrolled and supported.
- Improve donor engagement by enabling personalized, real-time communication and campaign tracking.

Ultimately, this work helps us scale nationally, support more students, and close equity gaps in education financing. Your contribution will directly impact the lives and futures of thousands of learners.

- Tech stack access is ready: We have admin access to Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce NPSP, and our website CMS.
- Clear objectives and scope: A detailed project overview and roadmap have already been developed.
- Designated team support: You’ll be working with our project lead (on weekly syncs) and have access to relevant tech and ops team members.
- Impact Implementation: Once built, this integration will be embedded into our national expansion and daily workflows—your work will be immediately deployed and sustained.
