Website Training Support For Ongoing Team Empowerment

We’re looking for a skilled volunteer to provide website training and support for our team so we can confidently manage and maintain our site after its redesign. This includes guidance on navigating our website builder or CMS (e.g., Wix, WordPress, Squarespace etc.), updating content, making small design edits, and troubleshooting basic issues.

Key tasks might include:
Providing hands-on walkthroughs of how to update content or pages
Explaining how to use backend tools or plugins
Sharing tips for managing accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and SEO basics
Offering a simple reference guide or documentation tailored to our site
Answering questions and helping build our team’s comfort level with the platform

We anticipate this will be especially helpful for non-technical staff members who want to contribute to the site’s upkeep without needing deep web experience.
