Salesforce Optimization

Vista Center has been using Donor Perfect Online coupled with Donor Box for online donations, however our business model has shifted in the last few years to sell more virtual accessibility event sponsorships and create earned revenue streams by providing accessibility consultation to support our low cost or no cost low vision clinics. We moved to Salesforce and most of our data is in the new salesforce instance but we need help optimizing it - learning how to pull reports, customizing it for our needs, and creating pipeline based workflows.

This is a critical infrastructure project for us. Lack of optimization is holding us back in that our data has been managed in various places and centralizing it is already helping us collaborate better. If we can optimize Salesforce, it means we'll finally have a central space for collaboration and data and will save us countless hours managing different tools which means we can invest that extra time serving individuals living with vision loss.

We have a dedicated team devoted to working with volunteers so if you sign up to help, we're committed to doing our part and learning from you. 95% of our data is already in salesforce and we just need to optimize it, receive training and customize it to make it work perfectly for our needs.
