We are looking for a volunteer skilled in executive coaching to work with me as the interim executive director -- my initial contract is for five months and my main focus in fundraising, but we are experiencing turnover on our leadership teams due to unforeseen health challenges, but also exciting life developments like new roles and moving internationally.

Our people are what make our organization so effective, and it has mostly relied on sweat equity. We need your help ensuring that our leaders are as prepared as possible to navigate a crisis or major shifts in program delivery by building up their empathy, agility, and decision-making skills. We are specifically interested in coaching services on the following areas:
-Change management
-Building and maintaining organizational culture
-Earning buy-in

Black women and our families continue to face significant health challenges that our monthly programming September-June seeks to address -- not only providing information but resourcing members with tangible tools and skills to better navigate the healthcare system while we support our faculty changing health systems from within.

Our organization is primed and ready to make this important investment with two new part-time paid roles -- Interim Executive Director and Managing Director. We are hoping that our volunteer can meet with the Interim E.D. 1-2 times per week for 60-90 minute coaching sessions where we can discuss most immediate responsibilities: rebuilding board of directors (seeking board chair), designing organizational chart, and establishing infrastructure for new 501c-3 after being a fiscally sponsored health initiative for 15+ years .
