Grant Writing Support For Pilot Project

We are seeking a volunteer grant writer or skilled copywriter to support our team in developing a compelling grant proposal for a new pilot project. Our approach to grant writing centers on creating a strong project framework using the VDC method—Vision, Design, and Capacity—informed by a thorough SWOT analysis.

Project Overview:
To complete this grant writing project, we’ll need your support across two key meetings:

Initial Meeting

We’ll provide you with the background copy and review the draft application.

We’ll align on expectations and finalize a realistic project timeline.

Writing & Revision

We will select a grant opportunity to pursue.

You'll support us with structured feedback, using track changes to review our content for clarity, consistency, and alignment.

Alternatively, we may co-write the proposal step by step, with you reviewing and revising each section.

This project will directly support our mission by helping us secure the necessary funding to sustain and expand our community health initiatives. By successfully completing this grant, we aim to strengthen our partnerships with local county and city agencies, ensuring our community members continue to access well-being programs without interruption or added stress. This support is essential for maintaining continuity and growth in our services.

We have a dedicated team member who will share the necessary documents with you in an easily accessible format via Google Drive. Our core team for this project includes the Executive Manager, a volunteer, and an in-kind partner. We will also provide you with the proposal draft and the application guidelines, based on our VDC (Vision, Design, Capacity) framework.
