Executive Leadership Coaching

I am looking for a volunteer skilled in executive coaching to work with. I am the Director of Operations for a small to mid-size non-profit. We have a staff of 7-10 people on average. I have been with this organization 12 years and it is time for me to move from daily execution and management to more of a strategic planning and coaching role. I would like to talk to someone about how to best transition my role while also refining our systems and processes for staff to be more independent and self-driven.

Christian Service Mission primarily serves the city of Birmingham, AL by connecting resources with needs. We work with over 2o0 churches and non-profits to expand their impact with community resources, housing repairs, food distribution, gardens, disaster relief, and tangible resources. We host 4-5k volunteers each year and distribute more than $10M in resources each year.

I would like to work with a coach to see where my limitations and blindspots are and how to improve those as well as how to step into this new role in the next year. This transition will help ready our non-profit for a new season of leadership, better equipped and satisfied staff, and a better work environment for everyone involved.
