Media Outreach Planning For Special Event

Fascinators and Tea is seeking a skilled PR volunteer to help develop and execute a targeted media outreach plan in celebration of their 10th Anniversary Tea. The goal is to drive ticket sales and increase overall brand awareness by securing coverage in local news outlets, online publications, and community event calendars. The ideal volunteer will assist in identifying media contacts, crafting engaging stories, and pitching directly to news stations, blogs, and influencers to spotlight this milestone event.

This PR project directly supports Fascinators and Tea’s mission to “socialize in style” by expanding awareness of our unique programs that use elevated tea experiences to teach youth proper etiquette, communication, and social skills.

Once the PR strategy and materials are developed with the volunteer’s help, our team is ready to implement them immediately by distributing pitches, engaging with media contacts, and promoting the coverage across our digital platforms to maximize visibility and community engagement.
