Have we hit a wall with our education program scheduling? We have over 2400 enrollments in art classes for every age and skill level, and this year the numbers have dropped slightly. We need help conducting an assessment to determine whether we've saturated the market or if there's another factor we can influence to increase registration.

We expect that recent federal cutbacks will affect our grants and supplemental income and want to focus on our earned income from education. Before we invest time and money into this, we'd like to have help in understanding the data with the help of a professional. This could be the deciding factor in our fiscal health this year and in the coming years. As a 65-year-old organization that's been through many changes, we hope to use this project to move us to a new plateau and make sure we survive until we're at least 100!

We have done research on our competitors, pricing, comparative classes, etc., and have discussed all of the factors that may be affecting our class sizes but we can't know what is the most effective 'lever' to pull in order to get improvements or even IF improvements are possible.
