Technology Advising: CRM Recommendations

We want to find a CRM that will integrate with Squarespace, Square, and Eventbrite so that we can track member activity and try to target new members and donors. Through tech enablement, we also hope to get to know our audience better. Additionally, we would like to avoid manual entry of data (i.e. mailing lists or transactions).

We are in survival mode as a museum and have a very small staff. We need our systems to be more efficient and more effective. The technology should show us what works, what doesn't, and who our new potential audiences are.

We have a spreadsheet with our current systems and issues and desired outcomes that we will share with this volunteer during the brainstorming stage.
