Your expertise will be invaluable in strengthening our financial foundation, allowing us to confidently pursue our mission of providing world-class education to deserving young women around the globe. If you are a detail-oriented accounting professional who is passionate about girls' education and wants to make a tangible impact, we would be thrilled to hear from you.

This volunteer project is critical for establishing our financial credibility and supporting our long-term sustainability.

At the International Girls Academy, our mission is to unlock the boundless potential of young women across the globe by providing them with transformative educational opportunities. While our daily work unfolds in classrooms, mentorship sessions, and leadership programs, the bedrock of this mission is built on something less visible but equally vital: trust, credibility, and sustainability.

This is where your expertise becomes a powerful catalyst for change. A professional financial audit is far more than a compliance requirement for us—it is the key that unlocks the next chapter of our growth and impact. Your skills will directly empower us to achieve our core goals in the following ways:
-Unlocking Transformative Funding for More Scholarships
-Many of the world’s most significant foundations and grant-makers—the ones capable of funding entire cohorts of students—require a formal audit before considering a partnership. Your work on this project will directly position us to apply for and secure these major grants.

The Impact You'll Support:
Your time and talent validating our accounts could directly translate into a brilliant young woman from a low-income community receiving a full scholarship to pursue her dream of becoming an engineer, a doctor, or an entrepreneur. It means we can say "yes" to more deserving applicants who are waiting for a chance.

Ultimately, this project isn’t about balancing our books—it’s about changing lives. By lending us your expertise, you are not just an auditor; you are a strategic partner in our mission, building the unshakable foundation upon which our students will build their futures.

Our entire organization is aligned and enthusiastic about this project. Our Board of Directors and executive leadership team unanimously approved this initiative. They view it as a critical step toward securing our long-term financial health and expanding our global reach. They are eagerly awaiting the results to inform future strategic decisions.

Our Operations Manager has been designated as the primary point of contact for this project. They will be responsible for coordinating internally, gathering all necessary documentation, and ensuring you have a direct and responsive line of communication, respecting your valuable time.

We have already begun the groundwork to ensure you can hit the ground running. We have started compiling and organizing all essential financial documents for the fiscal year, including bank and investment statements, grant agreements and reports, payroll records, and our general ledger.

System Access: We are prepared to provide secure, remote access to our accounting software and cloud storage where documents are housed, making the review process as efficient as possible.

How Your Work Will Be Implemented: The outcomes of this audit will be immediately integrated into our operations and strategy. This is not a report that will sit on a shelf; it is a catalyst for action.

We are a passionate and organized team dedicated to our mission. We see this pro bono partnership as a true collaboration and are confident that with your guidance, we can build a stronger financial foundation to empower the next generation of female leaders. We are ready and excited to begin.
