We're seeking a website expert to give us feedback on our current website’s layout, user-friendliness, mobile readiness, content, and general look and feel. You'll present our team with your recommendations for improvements to help us maximize our site to support our goals.

We'll start with a briefing session where our team will share our goals and tell you about our target audiences and what we hope to achieve through our website. We'll collaborate to define our next steps and set a timeline. Next time we meet, you'll provide us with some of your initial insights and high-level feedback. We'll have additional feedback for you as well. When your analysis is complete, you'll deliver a short presentation to our team with your recommendations and give us a document of your recommended tactics and updates.

Our ideal volunteer can spend fifteen to twenty hours over four to five weeks reviewing our website. They have experience in web design and marketing.

This project will NOT include:
-Website design
-Website development/coding
-Development of a content marketing strategy

At the International Girls Academy, we believe in the power of a single spark. We see it every day in the eyes of the girls who walk through our doors—a spark of curiosity, a flicker of ambition, a burning desire to change their world. Our job is to fan that spark into a flame, providing the education and support that empowers them to become tomorrow’s leaders.

Our digital front door—our website—is where so many of these journeys begin. It’s the first place a girl from a remote village discovers that a world-class education is within her reach. It’s how a supporter who believes in her potential decides to lend a hand. It’s our most important bridge, connecting our students to the opportunities they deserve.

Right now, we need your help to make that bridge stronger, wider, and easier for everyone to cross. We're looking for a skilled partner to conduct a full audit of our website, and we believe your expertise could be the key to unlocking our next stage of growth.

This is more than a technical task; it's a deep dive into the heart of our mission. We want to show you everything: you’ll have full access to our website’s back-end and our Google Analytics. You won’t be on your own—a dedicated member of our team will be your partner throughout, ready to answer questions and provide context about our goals and how we measure success.

Your mission will be to look through the eyes of our users and help us see what we’re missing. You’ll help us find the answers to questions that keep us up at night:
-Is our scholarship application truly accessible to a girl using a weak internet connection on a mobile phone?
-Does our homepage tell a story compelling enough to make a first-time visitor feel our passion and understand our impact?
-Are there hidden barriers preventing potential donors or mentors from taking the next step?

Your insights will form the blueprint for our digital future, ensuring our online presence is as powerful and effective as our work on the ground.

See Your Impact in Real Time:
So, what does your work actually look like for the girls we serve? It’s not just about code and clicks; it’s about changing lives.

Imagine this: you identify a small flaw in our application process that causes a high drop-off rate. With your recommended fix, a young woman who might have given up in frustration is able to complete her application. Six months later, she's in our science lab, on her way to becoming the first doctor in her community. You helped make that happen.

Or perhaps, by analyzing our user flow, you suggest a better way to feature our graduate stories. A visitor reads one of these powerful profiles, feels an immediate connection, and becomes a monthly donor. That steady stream of support you helped generate will fund textbooks and school supplies for an entire classroom. That’s the ripple effect of your skills.

This project is a chance to apply your professional talent in a way that creates a direct, tangible, and lasting impact. You will be helping us connect more girls to life-changing education and more supporters to our vital mission.

If you’re ready to use your skills to empower the next generation of female leaders, we would be honored to work with you. Let’s build that bridge together.

To prepare for the project, we can provide you with detail about our target audiences and our organization's goals, and how we measure success. We will provide access to the back-end of our website and Google Analytics. We also have a dedicated member of our team who will be responsible for supporting you throughout the project.
