Employee Handbook Review and Updates
The goal of this pro bono project is to review and update our nonprofit's employee handbook and the associated board policies as they relate to employees.
HR can be a minefield if not kept up to date. Having a checkup on our infrastructure with your help will increase our internal awareness of "what we don't know that we don't know." The result is our organization will reduce our risk of noncompliance.
We have internally reviewed a draft Employee Manual but need a Taproot expert to review documents and associated board policies.
