Google Workspace Assistance

Our ED needs help understanding the capabilities and functionality of Google Workspace - we would like a two hour tutorial with Q&A so that we can begin to use this powerful tool

We need to hire help to grow but we do not know how to give limited access to our files to assistants and interns. We are an entirely online office - need to be able to function as an office!! With your help we can hire part time help and effectively use rotating volunteers to focus our Executive hours on grant writing and program growth.

We have looked at the copious online help manuals and it is overwhelming - no one knows where to begin. We are already using Drive to file but we do not know how to add assistants or how to define the level of access -- there are just too many options.
