Develop a PR and Media Outreach Kit

We’d like to create a comprehensive PR and media outreach package to elevate visibility for our Fascinators & Fedoras event. This would include:

A polished press release and media advisory.

A list of targeted media outlets, journalists, and community publications to contact.

Pitch templates and talking points tailored for different audiences.

A short communications timeline leading up to the event.

Guidance on strategies to secure press coverage and social buzz.

This project will help ensure our event reaches a wider audience, engages our community, and amplifies support for our mission.
