CRM Optimization

We are using Hubspot: Help us make the most out of our CRM!

We’re looking for a volunteer to assess our current CRM system and identify ways we can use it to meet our needs more effectively, including potential integrations with other tools we’re using. Once the volunteer implements the recommended changes, we’d like a brief training session and/or documented guidelines to follow so that we can maintain the CRM going forward.

At BADD (Brothers Against Drug Deaths), our mission is simple but urgent: to bring awareness, support, and healing to families and communities devastated by drug-related deaths. Every name, every story, every family we reach matters.

We’ve taken a big step forward by selecting HubSpot CRM to help us stay connected with our supporters, track our impact, and communicate more effectively. Now, we need passionate volunteers to help us set up and manage our CRM—organizing contact lists, streamlining communications, and building the foundation for powerful newsletters and outreach.

We have already selected a CRM (Hubspot) and are ready to share credentials with a volunteer. We’ll come prepared with details about the specific types of data we want to collect, our goals for using the CRM, and a list of any other tools or software we use.
