My goal is to create a streamlined and professional fundraising system using Givebutter Plus. Specifically, I’d like a volunteer to:

- Set up and configure our Givebutter Plus account.
- Consolidate and organize our multiple existing campaigns into a clear, strategic structure.
- Establish donation flows that make it easy for supporters to give.
- Provide recommendations on best practices for reporting, donor engagement, and campaign design.

This project will ensure our fundraising efforts are optimized, transparent, and ready to scale.
Through working with our organization on this project, the volunteer will support our mission by strengthening our fundraising capacity. Powered By Love (PBL) provides essential resources such as hygiene kits, clean water, food, clothing, and school supplies to unhoused and vulnerable communities.

A more effective and professional Givebutter system will help us attract new donors, retain current supporters, and raise the funds we need to expand our reach. The volunteer’s expertise will directly translate into more items distributed, more lives touched, and more love in action.
My team and I have prepared for this project by gathering all of our current campaign details, donation history, and fundraising goals. We already have an active Givebutter presence but need expert guidance to bring everything into alignment.

I will be the main point of contact, providing timely feedback and making quick decisions to keep the project moving forward. Once the structure is set up, I’ll ensure our team is trained to maintain and expand on the system.
