Copywriting: Email Drafting (4 Emails)

We’re seeking a volunteer to create four eye-catching email drafts that will capture a reader’s attention with clear messaging and drive them to follow through on our call to action. We would like the content to be focused on these topics:
- Patient Engagement
-Provider Engagement
-Individual Donor Engagement
- Corporate Sponsor Engagement

Logistics Notes:
-We are hoping to engage a senior copywriter in this volunteer project.
-I have reserved 6-7 PM EASTERN TIME every Wednesday for Taproot meetings. When proposing meeting times, please take this reserved slot into consideration. No shows without advanced notice won't be rescheduled.
-Only applicants who meet the outlined criteria and can commit to a minimum of 4+ hours per week will be considered. To streamline the application process, please ensure your profile includes a LinkedIn link. Successful applicants should be available for one weekly 30-minute meeting on Mondays to Wednesdays between 12 PM and 4:30 PM Eastern Time, at a mutually convenient time.
-Please note that candidates actively seeking CPT/Internships or OPT are ineligible for this particular volunteer position.

The Copywriting: Email Drafting project will help us clearly communicate our mission, engage supporters, and inspire action—advancing our goal of improving healthcare access and quality for patients with complex diseases.

We have a dedicated team member who will provide you with examples of emails we’ve sent previously, as well as key points we want to be included in each. Our volunteer will be provided with information on our key audiences and organizational key messages.
