We are searching for a volunteer to help assist our charter development. We currently have a charter that was done about three years ago but with staff and organization transitions it does not align with our current or future status. We will need the volunteer to help with setting up a process of how to best update the charter keeping in mind collaboration and co-design. With updating the charter we will be revamping the structure of the leadership team and would appreciate guidance on this as well as they will go hand in hand with the charter.

This will be the foundation we use to build a new leadership team while upholding our values to collaboration and community.

We will provide the volunteer with materials we have created including charter, mission, vision statement. We are currently working towards updating the charter so the Program Manager will be your co-lead and will implement based off your recommendations.
