Help us make the most out of our Duda CRM! We’re looking for a volunteer to assess our current CRM system and identify ways we can use it to meet our needs more effectively, including potential integrations with other tools we’re using. Once the volunteer implements the recommended changes, we’d like a brief training session and/or documented guidelines to follow so that we can maintain the CRM going forward.
This project will directly advance Ava’s Path’s mission by helping us reach, engage, and support more families navigating divorce while raising children with disabilities. Whether through stronger design, better digital tools, or optimized outreach, the outcomes of this project will allow us to clearly share our story, expand awareness of our specialized parent education course, and connect families to life-changing resources. Every improvement, whether in visibility, credibility, or communication—means more parents accessing guidance that creates stability, empathy, and brighter futures for their children.
We have already selected a CRM and are ready to share credentials with a volunteer. We’ll come prepared with details about the specific types of data we want to collect, our goals for using the CRM, and a list of any other tools or software we use.
