Graphic Designer to Elevate Messaging & Impact for Nonprofit Serving Migrants, Refugees, Immigrants

We’re seeking a graphic designer with strong command of layout, color, font, and visual storytelling to support our Marketing & Communications team. Your work will bring our mission to life across campaigns, social media, and learning materials.

You’ll help us:
• Design compelling graphics for integration programs, digital campaigns, and donor communications
• Create or refresh templates in Canva (e.g., newsletters, reports, social posts)
• Enhance visual consistency across platforms

This is about more than design. It’s about visual power, clarity, emotion, and resonance with communities navigating systems built to exclude them.

Creshendo works with newcomers and displaced communities to deliver mobile-first education, integration support, and public storytelling campaigns. Your designs will help us reach more people, deepen community trust, and engage partners who can expand our impact.

You’ll be designing for action and impact. And your visuals will help make migration narratives more visible, human, and powerful. We look forward to working with you!

You’ll be joining a creative, organized team. We already have brand colors, fonts, and Canva templates. Our communications lead will provide clear briefs, context for every asset, and fast, thoughtful feedback. You won’t be designing in the dark.
