Copywriter to Craft Strategic, Values-Based Messaging for Migrant/Immigrant/Refugee Communities

We’re looking for a skilled copywriter who can bring clarity, empathy, and strategic insight into how we tell our story. You’ll support our Marketing & Communications team by turning program goals and campaign messages into content that moves people to act - not out of pity, but out of shared purpose.

You’ll help us:
• Draft copy for newsletters, integration program materials, and digital campaigns
• Refine messaging for upcoming launches and reports
• Translate program updates into audience-centered storytelling

We’ll provide audience insights, content goals, and program context. You’ll turn that into clear, bold writing that honors the communities we serve.

Creshendo helps newcomers navigate integration, access opportunity, and reclaim narrative control. The words we use shape how people see migrants, and how migrants see themselves.

Your writing will cut through noise, replace stereotypes with real stories, and give our work the language it deserves.

You’ll work alongside our Communications Lead and Executive Director. We’ll provide a messaging framework, existing content, and timely feedback. Our team is structured, collaborative, and respects good writing. You won't be left to do this in the dark.
