Website Content & UX Refinement (WordPress)

We’re looking for a website editor with a strong eye for design, user experience, and content clarity to help us improve the Creshendo website. This project isn’t about a full website rebuild. It’s about sharpening what’s already there — streamlining the structure, improving the language, fixing formatting issues, and making sure our site tells the right story to the right audiences.

We need support with:
• Reviewing site layout and improving visual flow
• Updating and editing content for clarity and impact
• Offering recommendations to improve readability and user engagement
• Ensuring mobile responsiveness and accessibility
• Strengthening alignment between our website and current programming

We use WordPress, and will provide all the content and context you need. You’ll help us refine how we show up online.

Creshendo supports migrant and displaced communities by co-creating education programs, storytelling platforms, and pathways to economic independence. Our website is often the first place partners, funders, and potential volunteers go to learn about us.

A stronger website means more clarity, more credibility, and more connection. Your work will help ensure that the people who visit our site understand what we do, why it matters, and how they can get involved.

You’ll be helping us build trust, increase visibility, and open doors for deeper impact.

Our team is organized and ready to move. We’ve already identified content areas that need updating and have a Google Doc with all current and draft text. You’ll have direct access to our Executive Director and Communications Lead, and you won’t be expected to chase approvals.

The site is built in Wix, and we’ll provide access, brand guidelines, and full content drafts. You’ll be working with a team that values your time and knows how to act on clear direction.
