We are launching a podcast centered around migration, resilience, and untold stories. The guests are global and range from refugee resettlement communities to different countries around the world, and the goal is to create a high-quality, emotionally resonant listening experience.

We’re looking for an experienced podcast/audio producer to:
• Edit raw audio recordings
• Clean and polish episodes for clarity and pacing
• Add music, transitions, and light post-production elements if needed
• Help troubleshoot audio or organize recordings if something goes wrong

This isn’t a flashy production. It’s a meaningful one. And we want it to sound as powerful as the stories it holds.
Creshendo amplifies the voices of migrants and displaced people through storytelling, education, and entrepreneurship. This podcast is one of the most direct tools we have for building public empathy and shifting harmful narratives.

You’ll be helping us bring real stories to life, not through heavy production, but through care and craftsmanship. Good audio builds trust. Your work will ensure these stories are heard with the clarity and dignity they deserve.
You’ll be working with an organized team. We already have an episode structure, guest schedule, and recording process in place. You’ll receive files via Google Drive, along with notes and timestamps if needed. We'll handle creative direction (though we invite your creative thoughts as well!), and we especially need technical excellence and reliability.
