We need a volunteer who can design engaging promotional graphic packages for upcoming Christmas events with multiple size and ratio variations suitable for print, social media, website, and ticketing platforms. Exact dimension requirements and file formats (and whether source files are provided) can be discussed during the project kick off. We utilize Canva for our design purposes.

Clear, attractive promotional graphics will increase awareness and attendance for Christmas events, helping generate revenue and community engagement. That support directly furthers the Berkeley Springs Castle’s mission to restore and maintain the Castle and keep it available for private and community events.

We will provide event copy, dates, and available branding assets and assign a single point of contact for timely feedback. We are prepared to review drafts and implement the approved artwork. Any missing specifics or additional assets can be discussed and finalized with the volunteer. We have subscription to Canva premium.
