Work with our Operations Manager to expand and document an actionable editorial calendar and channel strategy. Deliverables include an editable calendar with content themes and cadence, channel-specific posting and fundraising guidance, simple metrics to track, and notes for implementation. Existing templates and a draft calendar will be shared; specifics can be refined during volunteer interviews.

This project will help Heart for Homeless boost awareness and fundraising in the Bay Area, attract and mobilize volunteer MESAs, increase participation in CWYS workshops, and improve clients' digital access to services. Volunteers will directly support our mission of empowering people experiencing homelessness toward stable housing.

We have an Operations Manager as the main point person, plus talking points, an organizational presentation, Canva post templates, and a draft calendar ready. We will meet weekly, provide access to assets and stakeholder input, and commit to implementing the volunteer's recommendations. Volunteers will receive timely feedback and a collaborative team.
