We are looking for a volunteer who can help evaluate our ability to efficiently capture leads from our website within a CRM platform. This project will involve a concise audit of the website's CRM integration readiness that identifies current integration points, gaps, required backend or frontend changes, prioritized recommendations, and a short implementation checklist. Specific CRM platform and access needs will be discussed with volunteers as we are open to your tool suggestions.
At Everlast Life Foundation, we support widows and orphans with compassion. Making the website CRM-ready will help the organization track donors and beneficiary needs more reliably, improve outreach and fundraising efficiency, and strengthen case coordination so we can deliver resources and community support more effectively.
We'll assign a staff point of contact, share site documentation and admin access as available, and be responsive during the engagement. We have internal buy-in to act on recommendations and will work with the volunteer to clarify the CRM platform and technical details during the interview.
