We are seeking a graphic designer to help us visually enhance the educational materials for our Integration Curriculum — a mobile-first program designed to support migrant and undocumented communities in navigating newcomer life in the U.S.

The role includes:
• Designing engaging, accessible visuals for workshop handouts, slide decks, and learning materials
• Improving layout, readability, and visual consistency
• Adapting content for WhatsApp-friendly formats (PDFs, infographics, mobile-responsive slides)
• Collaborating with our curriculum and communications teams to ensure visuals reflect tone and audience needs

This is about increasing understanding, retention, and dignity through design.
Creshendo creates programs with — not just for — migrants and displaced people. Our Integration Curriculum bridges critical gaps in access to rights, resources, and cultural orientation for communities often excluded from traditional systems.

Your design work will help make this curriculum more usable, engaging, and scalable. It will support real people in understanding their rights and rebuilding their lives with confidence.
You’ll be supported by our Integration Team, which includes curriculum writers and refugee educators. We already have draft content and sample visuals. Our team uses Canva and Google Drive, and you’ll receive clear guidance and feedback from the start.

We’ll equip you with the purpose behind the content and the needs of the communities we serve!
