Creshendo is seeking a curriculum specialist to help refine and strengthen our Integration Curriculum, a culturally responsive, community-centered program built to support migrants and undocumented people as they navigate life in the U.S.

You’ll help us:
• Review existing content and structure
• Strengthen learning outcomes and flow
• Offer feedback on clarity, tone, and instructional strategies
• Adapt modules for adult learners with varied language levels
• Ensure content is relevant, trauma-informed, and practical

You’ll collaborate directly with our Integration Team, which includes refugee educators and lived-experience experts. This is a powerful opportunity to apply your instructional design expertise in a program that directly impacts communities often left out of traditional support systems.
Creshendo exists to break cycles of dependency by co-creating educational, economic, and storytelling programs with migrants and displaced communities. Our Integration Curriculum was created because undocumented and marginalized migrants were being excluded from formal programming.

By helping us refine this curriculum, you will directly support communities rebuilding their lives in the face of systemic exclusion. You won’t just improve content — you’ll increase access, safety, and belonging for people navigating displacement.
We already have a full draft curriculum, workshop structure, and feedback from community members and facilitators. You’ll receive access to all materials and will meet regularly (virtually) with the Integration Lead to ensure alignment. You’ll also be supported by a communications team for formatting and rollout.
