Mission Christmas is looking for a skilled volunteer to conduct focused grant prospect research. The goal of this project is to create a pipeline of 8 to 12 well-aligned funding opportunities that support educational support and holiday support to families in need, in addition to disaster relief preparedness efforts.

The volunteer will research foundations, corporations, and government funders aligned with Mission Christmas' mission, review eligibility criteria and funding priorities, and compile a list with notes on deadlines and next steps.
These grant leads will help Mission Christmas secure funding for essential resources, supporting our initiatives throughout the year in education, Christmas support and disaster-relief efforts. Volunteer research will directly increase our capacity to reach more families and accelerate disaster recovery and relief support efforts.
Details will be provided. Our team will be available to share Mission Christmas program descriptions, priorities, and past grant history, review the shortlist with the volunteer, and act on recommendations. Volunteers and staff will collaborate on next steps and timelines.
