Loop is looking for volunteers to design and organize an 8–12 week youth engagement initiative: coordinate partnerships with schools and recreation centers, build event and schedule plans in Zoho Projects, manage volunteer and participant communications in Zoho Connect, and set up attendance and outcome tracking in Zoho Sheet. Details will be provided.

Volunteers will help Loop Foundation create safe, enriching spaces for youth, strengthen family and community connections, and improve program delivery and attendance tracking. This support directly benefits families and young people served by Loop and helps sustain positive outcomes in the community.

Details about program goals, stakeholders, existing materials, and Zoho access will be provided during interviews. Loop Youth staff will collaborate with the volunteer, review drafts, and use the final schedules and tracking templates to run programs. Specific timelines and expectations will be agreed with the volunteer.
