Work with our team to create a practical, prioritized revenue diversification plan for our mentoring program. Deliverables include an assessment of current revenue channels, a menu of potential new revenue streams, feasibility considerations, a phased implementation roadmap, and suggested metrics. Details will be discussed with volunteers.

A diversified revenue model will increase our financial stability and capacity to expand mentoring, serve more young professional women, and invest in leadership development resources. Volunteers will directly enable sustainable growth that supports women's career advancement at every stage.

Our team will collaborate closely with the volunteer(s), participate in regular check-ins, and provide organizational context. Details about current funding, program operations, and timelines will be provided during volunteer interviews so recommendations can be realistic and actionable.
