Develop a clear financial policy and practical toolkit for recording the development of skilled clinical programming with an associated value, including guidance on when to recognize costs as an asset, in-kind donation, or accounts payable, plus sample journal entries and documentation templates. Details will be provided during volunteer interviews. Additionally how to record through transparent accounting purposes so the organization continue to thrive while recognizing the value of the program development.

A clear approach to valuing and recording clinical program development will strengthen financial transparency, support funding and compliance conversations, and help sustain clinical services that advance independence and inclusion for individuals with disabilities.

We will bring all the necessary models and clinical expertise that has been used to develop this non profit. Researching how value can be factored into an organizational structure will help us work collaboratively with volunteers and provide organizational context and program descriptions during our planning and ability to grow. Volunteers will co-create draft policies, review them with staff, and iterate until ready for implementation. Specific records and examples will be shared during the engagement.
