Design of template for event-focused promotional collateral

We need help creating an editable and reproducible template to use for all of our events throughout the year. We are looking for a template that is reusable containing all of the information regarding our events throughout the year. It could be in the form of a brochure that not only invites folks to attend, but shares basic information about the event, what the event is (flag football jamboree, Junior Coach conference, volleyball extravaganza, etc.), time, location, who is attending, etc. A template that can be sent out electronically to our shareholders as well as posted to our website.

We lack the marketing and design capacity to create reusable templates, eye catching promotional titles, and improve communication with our internal and external audiences.

This volunteer work will add value by increasing our visability, attract donors and volunteers, raise awareness for our cause and improve vital communication with our supporters, participants, board members and staff.
