1-Hour Consultation

We are looking to build a successful marketing strategy that will lead to more recruitment from local communities. The local conservation corps in the New Orleans area has been having difficulties filling their crew to achieve their environmental objectives (they have only been able to fill 2 out of 8 positions). Due to COVID-19 restrictions and the aftermath of Hurricane Ida, the conservation corps has had issues attracting any candidates (competitive pay issues, benefits issues, etc.).
