Session Overview
Resilient Coders is moving out of the start-up phase and into accelerated growth. We need to create systems and processes that provide structure to an organization that is 100% remote in three different cities in two different states. The processes surrounding human resources - specifically the development of an employee manual, payroll process, and health insurance. I'd also like to gauge other areas of opportunity from an expert so that the organization is future-focused and scalable. In advance, thank you for your time and expertise.

Resilient Coders is a highly competitive, free, and stipended nonprofit coding Bootcamp. We train young adults of color from low-income backgrounds in software engineering and connect them with jobs. We believe in social justice through economic empowerment.
