We would like to get some advice on creating a crisis communications plan for our organization. We would like to discuss putting together a small guide for key staff members to access in the event of an emergency. Our organization cares for people with disabilities 24/7 through caregiving, transportation, nursing, hurricane shelters, and other programs. In the event of an emergency, we would like to be prepared with a well thought out media response if needed. We do not want a comprehensive response, just some basic ideas of where to start and advice on how to proceed.
