I originally received an EIN for my organization under one name. Since receiving the EIN documentation, I have decided to change one word in the name. I need advise on what to do to move forward.I have submitted a letter requesting the change since April 7, 2023. I was told it could take up to 6 months to a year to get it changed. I wanted to find out information about doing a DBA at this point so I can set up my band account and move forward. Your help would e greatly appreciated.
