It has come to my attention that we (an MA-registered 501c3) have never filed our 3M (e.g., income tax return). We are up to date on our business filings, our AG filings, and our 990s, but not this document. (We registered in late 2019, and I planned to keep up on everything but got caught up in the drama of COVID and kind of kicked the can down the road... to Fall of 2022.) We have been slowly working through everything since then. I'm not sure exactly what to do now with the last few years of filings. I could use a bit of guidance for myself and our treasurer, please. Any advice a knowledgeable individual is willing to provide would be gratefully received.
