Healthy You Lifestyle Center is health coaching service based virtual business. Clients usually come to me when they are struggling with health problems, want to be off of their medications. I assess their lifestyle, provide education on evidence based research and guide them in making small changes to live a healthy lifestyle. My coaching is about nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, mindfulness, and spirituality. Clients receive a set of videos each week for them to review and start implementing and then I meet with them virtually being their coach and accountability partner.
