I would like to define what the best course of action is to resolve our broken and dated CRM system. Our dance organization has four divisions: the dance company, the school of dance, the fundraising arm, and the community arts programs. All use different CRM systems to varying levels of sophistication. None of these tools are connected. As a result, we're not able to engage customers holistically or even throughout a full customer lifecycle with us.
