Session Overview

We are a UK charity looking to hire 1 employee in the US. So that we can make the best decisions with a small budget I would like someone to discuss the specifics of the requirements to hire someone and the taxes involved from the employer and employee side. 401k, health insurance etc... What is included in gross salary v net salary terminology.
Also if it is possible/common in the US to hire someone for a 12 month contract which is renewable.
