1-Hour Consultation
Our nonprofit needs to recruit 4,000 adult volunteers annually. We run a virtual program that pairs volunteers with Ukrainians for online conversation practice - think penpals but via Zoom. Anyone who speaks English is eligible - no special skills or experience is required, volunteers can live anywhere, and the commitment is 1 hour/week for 3 months.
With the nationwide downturn in volunteering as well as plummeting interest in Ukraine, our recruitment strategies are no longer working. We need help developing a new strategy.
