Videography for Fundraising Campaign

I have an idea about building a monthly giving campaign following a new born litter of puppies that are intended to be service dogs. I would like to discuss the feasibility of finding a volunteer to do the filming or perhaps the editing of cell phone video to build a series of short (15-30 second) videos that could be used as a newsletter style campaign that would bring donors to recurring giving decisions based of "following" a puppy as it hits milestones in development and training.
I would like a consultation with a videographer to design a schedule and to give feedback on technical aspects of filming. Best practices for lighting, camera angles, equipment, format, etc. and to use a consistent "voice" and "feel" for the video.
