Streamlining QuickBooks Transition: Aligning Online Reports with Desktop Standards

We transitioned from QuickBooks Desktop to Online this summer, and we are working through issues that resulted from the transition. The chart of accounts was changed, and our current reports are significantly different from the reports for previous quarters created from Desktop. I'm looking for support in identifying what changes are needed to make Online consistent with what we had in Desktop. I still have access to Desktop and can provide reports showing the before and after.
