Preparing for Organization Pivot and Transition
I founded Community FaithWorks six years ago. We build the capacity of African American pastors to become tooled neighborhood champions for their communities. It is a rewarding path. My passion, however, is working more with enterprising women of faith (a potential sub-section within the CFW network). I need support on how to pivot /pass the baton effectively and quickly without abandoning the organization as a whole.
